Cancellation and refund policy Luxury Corner provides mobile massage services. We don't sell physical products, so there are no returns. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for your booking. Cancelling with at least 24 hours' notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you'll get a full refund, including any travel charge. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not being there: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or you aren't at the booked address at the booked time, you won't get a refund. Rescheduling: To change your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours before it. How to cancel: Email info@luxurycorner.co.uk or call 07774393047 with your order number and your appointment date and time. Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
